The MSME Awards Nomination Journey
A transparent, credible path from organisation registration to the grand ceremony evening.
Register
Register your organisation’s official profile on the awards platform. Registration is made on behalf of the organisation rather than an individual, so use details that match your company records. You will need basic company information to hand, and it is worth deciding which categories you intend to enter before you begin. Registration opens the process and can be completed before your supporting material is ready.
Nominate
Submit your organisation’s nomination for up to two categories. Each entry should answer the published criteria for the category concerned, with specific evidence rather than general description. Most enterprises use one category for the business overall and a second for a particular strength, such as exports or the way a team has been built. Entries can be clarified later, but they cannot be accepted after the closing date.
Evaluation
Every nomination is assessed by an expert jury panel. Panellists read entries against the criteria published for each category and score them on the evidence supplied. Where an entry would sit more fairly in a different category, the jury may move it and the entrant is informed. Panellists declare any interest in an entrant and withdraw from scoring that category.
Shortlisting
Finalists are announced across every category. Those shortlisted are informed directly and published on the official website. Finalists may be asked to confirm attendance and to supply further details for the ceremony. Entries that are not shortlisted receive no separate assessment, as the jury’s decision concludes the evaluation.
Ceremony
An evening of honour and culture in New Delhi. The awards are presented alongside a cultural programme, with finalists and guests from across the sector present. Finalists should confirm travel and attendance in good time and check the arrangements published closer to the date. The ceremony concludes the cycle and the results are published afterwards.
The five stages run to a fixed schedule, and each one closes before the next begins. The published key dates and deadlines show when registration opens, when nominations close, and when finalists are informed, so you can work backwards from the closing date and allow time to gather the evidence your entry will refer to.
Nothing in the process requires you to have everything ready at once. Registration can be completed first and supporting material added afterwards, provided the whole entry is in before nominations close.
