Registration opens the programme and is made on behalf of an organisation, not an individual. Have your basic company details and the categories you intend to enter settled before you start, as an applicant may select up to two.
This is the final point at which a nomination can be submitted, including all supporting material. Late or incomplete submissions cannot be accepted once the date has passed, so allow time to gather evidence, figures and any documentation your entry refers to.
Panellists read entries against the published criteria for each category, and may move an entry to a category that fits it better. Nothing is required from entrants at this stage, though the jury may come back to you if something in the submission needs clarifying.
Finalists are published at this point and informed directly. If your entry is among them, be ready to confirm attendance and to supply any details the organisers request for the ceremony.
The awards are presented at the ceremony, alongside the evening's cultural programme. Finalists should confirm travel and attendance in good time, and check the arrangements published by the organisers closer to the date.

If you miss a deadline. Dates are fixed and the nomination deadline is not extended for individual entrants, since every entry is assessed against the same schedule. If you miss the closing date, your registration is not carried over automatically — contact the organisers on the numbers below to ask what can be done, and consider preparing early for the next cycle. If you are within the window but unsure whether your material is complete, submit your nomination with what you have rather than waiting, as an entry on file can be clarified before evaluation begins.
